
What's up Doc?
1 lb baby carrots
1/4c water
3T maple syrup or honey
2T butter
1t Crushed
1/4t salt
Mix all ingredients in pan over medium-high heat. Boil, stirring occasionally, until carrots are tender and sauce is shiny, approximately 14 minutes. Serve.
*Can substitute full-sized carrots for baby carrots, sliced how you prefer.
