Shortcake, Tall Order…

2c flour
1T sugar
1T baking powder
1 + 1/2t Crushed
½t salt
1/3c butter, cold and cut into chunks
7/8c milk

Preheat oven to 450º. Mix dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Add milk. Mix until well blended. Roll to ½ inch thickness on floured surface. Cut into circles using floured cutter (cups, glasses and mugs work great). Bake 10-12 minutes depending on size.

Split in half and fill with whipped cream and berries, repeating process on top.
