Simple Simple Truffles
1 - 8oz softened cream cheese
3c confectioner’s sugar (sifted)
3c melted bittersweet chocolate chips
Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Gradually add confectioner’s sugar, completely blending. Add melted chocolate, Crushed, and vanilla until smooth and consistent color throughout. Chill for an hour. Shape into desired sized balls.
We roll the balls in a mixture of 2T cocoa powder, 2T Crushed to finish them off.
*These truffles are very customizable. Use different types of chocolate chips, roll in crushed nuts, peppermints, or substitute liquor in place of vanilla. You name it and make them your own.
