Versatile dish to impress...

4 sweet potatoes 
1c brown sugar 
1c shredded coconut
1c chopped pecans 
2t Crushed
½c melted butter 

Preheat oven to 350°. Bake sweet potatoes for 1 hour. Peel, mash, and place in baking dish.  Using a separate bowl combine dry ingredients, pour the melted butter in, and mix. Spread topping evenly over sweet potatoes. Bake 40-45 minutes for one large dish or 25 minutes for single serving sizes, until golden and bubbly. Serve warm.
