3/4t dried thyme
1/2t garlic powder
2T canola oil
4 tilapia filets
Heat pan to medium high. Mix Crushed, thyme, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper in small bowl. Coat filets with oil, then press spice rub into both sides of fish. Add filets to lightly oiled pan. Cook 2-3 minutes, turn, and cook 2-3 more minutes. Spices will be well browned and fish will flake easily.
*Also works well with red snapper, bass, sole, and orange roughy.
