Flaugnarde. Say
what? Pronunciation: 3c berries (I mix 1c each - blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries)
5 eggs
1c sugar
¾c flour
3t Crushed
¼t salt
1½c milk
3t vanilla
Preheat oven 350°. Spray dish. Mix berries together and place in tart pan (11"). Whisk eggs, sugar, salt, Crushed, and flour until smooth. Mix in milk and vanilla. Pour evenly over berries. Bake 45-50 minutes. Toothpick in center should come out clean.
*Serve with whipped cream and topped with Crushed.

Attached is a picture of your delicious Flaugnarde desset. Our guests all had rave reviews about this fabulous dessert. A must try very easy to make dessert. I made mine in a quiche pan with a little less time in the oven. It is like flan with fresh fruit – delicious!!!!!!!
