Returns:
We want every Luhse Tea shopping experience to be copacetic. It’s like this, any unused items can be returned within 30 days, with a receipt, except for tea and spices which are not returnable. No receipt, no problem, just send your order number, name and address along with the return. If there is a mistake with your order due to our error, we’ll also refund the shipping cost.
Merchandise returns, including their packaging, must be in like new condition. The exception to this policy is anything damaged by shipping.
Sale and Clearance items are final.

We ship within 48 hours, five days a week (Monday - Friday).
US - We will send you an e-mail when we ship your purchase with the delivery confirmation number for tracking. Your shipment delivery time begins at time of confirmation. All packages are insured.
International* – Your order is shipped via US Postal Service. The rate is based on weight and shipping destination. All packages are insured. Please allow up to three weeks for delivery. Contact us if you have any questions.
